We have designed a number of convenient payment methods so paying your Gotalk account couldn't be easier.

Credit / debit card
You can use your credit or debit card to Top-Up your account either via the web or over the telephone. The minimum top-up amount is £20. We are unable to accept payment from the following cards; Electron, Diners Club.

Auto Top-Up
You can use your credit or debit card to automatically Top-Up your account. This means that when your account reaches a certain level - usually £5 - we will automatically Top-Up your account with a pre-agreed amount of money. This saves you the hassle of having to remember to Top-Up your account and we offer Auto Top-Up customers a discount of 5% off their call charges.

Cheque / Postal order
You can pay into your account by sending us a cheque or postal order to our customer services department at the following address:

Please remember to write your account number on the back. It will take a few days for your cheque to clear and the credit to show in your account.

Voucher top-up (available shortly)
You will soon be able to use a Gotalk top-up voucher to add credit to your account. The vouchers can be purchased from electronic terminals which will be installed in various locations in the UK. You will simply need to dial into your account and enter a code then you will be asked to enter your Top-Up voucher PIN number and your account will be topped up by the value of the voucher.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) top-up
You can also top-up your account yourself by a previously agreed amount by registering your credit card with our customer services team. Once this is done you can dial into your Gotalk account and follow the voice prompts to input a short code.

Website top-up
You can also Top-Up your account online. Once you've logged into your account at www.gotalk.co.uk, you can select which registered credit or debit card you wish to use and the amount you wish to Top-Up your card with.
