We have designed a number of convenient payment methods so
paying your Gotalk account couldn't be easier.
Credit / debit card
You can use your credit or debit card to Top-Up your account
either via the web or over the telephone. The minimum top-up
amount is £20. We are unable to accept payment from the
following cards; Electron, Diners Club.
You can use your credit or debit card to automatically Top-Up
your account. This means that when your account reaches a
certain level - usually £5 - we will automatically Top-Up your
account with a pre-agreed amount of money. This saves you the
hassle of having to remember to Top-Up your account and we offer
Auto Top-Up customers a discount of 5% off their call charges.
Cheque / Postal order
You can pay into your account by sending us a cheque or postal
order to our customer services department at the following

Please remember to write your account number on the back. It
will take a few days for your cheque to clear and the credit to
show in your account.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) top-up
You can also top-up your account yourself by a previously
agreed amount by registering your credit card with our customer
services team. Once this is done you can dial into your Gotalk
account and follow the voice prompts to input a short code.
You can also Top-Up your account online. Once you've logged into
your account at www.gotalk.co.uk, you can select which
registered credit or debit card you wish to use and the amount
you wish to Top-Up your card with.
